In all seriousness though, you cannot start weight lifting for 2 months and think you’re going to look like you just left Miami or Colombia. Good things take time. I understand that it may get frustrating at a certain point but that’s life. Trying, “failing”, and starting over is and always will be apart of the process. But quitting was never an option!

The back and biceps workout shared here includes fundamental exercises like pull ups and seated rows, which target multiple muscle groups and improve overall upper body strength. When performing pull ups—whether assisted or unassisted—it's crucial to focus on proper form rather than rushing to complete as many reps as possible. This reduces injury risk and maximizes muscle engagement. Seated rows and incline chest-supported rows are great for isolating the back muscles, while incline bicep curls, hammer curls, and straight arm lat pulldowns effectively target the biceps and lats. In my journey, I found that blending these movements with gradual progression—such as increasing reps or adding light resistance—helps overcome plateaus and builds endurance. Also, tracking your workouts keeps motivation high and helps adjust intensity appropriately. It's worth noting that muscle growth doesn't happen in two months; it requires patience and embracing the occasional setbacks. Remember, "failing" is just part of learning your body's response. Avoid letting discouragement led by lack of immediate results stop your progress. Lastly, nutrition and recovery play fundamental roles. Proper protein intake and adequate rest accelerate muscle repair and growth. Combining this workout with a balanced diet and enough sleep will lead to more effective and sustainable results over time.
