1. Grow up, we understand that life does not require people who are with us all the time, but people who are comfortable, and if no one is there one day, we have to be happy with ourselves.

เมื่อได้อ่านข้อคิดดีๆ เหล่านี้แล้ว ทำให้ผมนึกถึงช่วงเวลาที่ต้องเผชิญกับความท้าทายและอุปสรรคในชีวิตจริง ๆ ทุกครั้งที่เจอปัญหา ผมมักจะย้อนกลับมามองคำพูดเหล่านี้เพื่อเป็นแรงผลักดันให้ก้าวต่อไป สำหรับผม การที่โตขึ้นและได้เข้าใจว่าชีวิตไม่ได้ต้องการแค่คนที่อยู่กับเราเสมอไป แต่ต้องการคนที่อยู่แล้วทำให้เรารู้สึกสบายใจ เป็นจุดเปลี่ยนสำคัญในการเรียนรู้ที่จะรักและดูแลตัวเอง ทำให้ผมกล้าหาญมากขึ้นที่จะอยู่คนเดียวโดยไม่รู้สึกเหงา นอกจากนี้ การมองว่าน้ำตาและความเจ็บปวดเป็นบทเรียน คือการมองโลกในแง่ดีที่ช่วยให้ใจเราเข้มแข็งขึ้น เรื่องราวแย่ๆ บางครั้งก็ช่วยพาเราไปในเส้นทางที่ดีขึ้นโดยที่เราไม่รู้ตัว ซึ่งผมพบว่าเมื่อเราเคารพตัวเองเพียงพอที่จะปล่อยมือจากสิ่งที่ทำร้ายใจ นั่นไม่ใช่ความพ่ายแพ้ แต่คือการเลือกเดินหน้าต่ออย่างมีสติ ผมยังเห็นด้วยกับข้อคิดเรื่องความสำเร็จที่แท้จริงไม่ได้ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าคนอื่นเห็นค่าเราแค่ไหน แต่ขึ้นอยู่กับความภาคภูมิใจในตัวเองและการไม่หยุดพัฒนา เพราะแต่ละคนมีจังหวะชีวิตของตัวเอง การไม่เร่งรีบแต่ไม่หยุดเดินคือกุญแจสำคัญของการเติบโต สิ่งสุดท้ายที่ผมประทับใจคือคำเตือนให้ไม่เอาคำพูดของคนอื่นมาทำร้ายใจ ถ้าเราไม่ให้ความสำคัญ คำพูดเหล่านั้นก็จะไม่ทำร้ายเรา ภายใต้ข้อคิดทั้งหมดนี้ ผมเชื่อว่าการเป็นตัวเองในเวอร์ชันที่ดีขึ้นกว่าตัวเองเมื่อวาน เป็นเป้าหมายที่ดีที่สุดที่เราทุกคนควรตั้งใจทำ คำพูดที่สรุปทุกอย่างคือ "คิดบวกและมีน้ำใจ" เพราะพลังบวกของเราส่งต่อแรงบันดาลใจให้คนรอบข้างได้อีกด้วยจริงๆ
