Invisible roots
No one can stand because of their pure ability.
No matter how good, how smart.
They all go through hands, through words, through someone's intentions.
That person may not be identified.
Probably not standing in the front row.
But it is those who settle down for us to stand today.
When people start to have names, positions, or powers,
The first thing that often changes is not talent.
But the eyes that look at others
The height makes it true to see far away.
But if you're not careful, the height will overlook it.
Overlook those who used to bow down to teach
Overlook those who used to be tired instead.
Overlook those who never claim anything in return.
Teachers are not just educators.
It's the one who frames, gives way and gives meaning.
Sometimes teachers do not teach in words.
But teach with patience.
Teaching by standing next to a disciple on a day that is not yet good.
And slowly retreat as the pupil begins to walk on his own.
People who cut off teachers
Maybe think of yourself as independent.
But literally, cutting off their own roots.
A tree without roots.
May still stand on a calm day of wind.
But when the storm comes,
It will be the first felling tree.
Humility never makes anyone low.
Only makes people stand firmly
Respect for teachers
Not bowing down because of fear
But is to raise the mind to not forget that
Who we used to be
And who used to bring us
A true disciple.
Not one who's better than anyone.
But it is he who does not forget the origin.
Do not delete the past
Not to insult the opportunity giver.
And don't use success as a pedal on others.
If one day you stand tall,
Please look down understandably.
Not with racism.
If one day you succeed,
Please turn back and bow down.
Not turning around and forgetting
Because finally,
What makes people stand for so long
Not height.
But is a deep-rooted root.

เคยไหมครับที่เรามองความสำเร็จของตัวเองอย่างภูมิใจ แต่ลืมที่จะหันกลับไปมองเบื้องหลังที่แท้จริงของความสำเร็จนั้น บางครั้งผมก็รู้สึกเหมือนกันว่าการลืมต้นทางหรือครูผู้สอนเรา คือการทำรากของตัวเองให้บางลงและอาจทำให้เราไม่มั่นคงในระยะยาว จากประสบการณ์ตรง สิ่งที่ทำให้ผมเติบโตและก้าวผ่านความยากลำบาก ไม่ใช่แค่ความสามารถหรือความฉลาดส่วนตัว แต่มาจากคำสอนและแรงสนับสนุนที่ผู้มีพระคุณหลายคนมอบให้โดยไม่หวังสิ่งตอบแทน ครูหลายคนที่ยืนอยู่เบื้องหลังคอยชี้แนะและอดทนเสมอ แม้ในวันที่เรายังไม่เก่งหรือยังล้มเหลว ความถ่อมตนและการเคารพครูไม่ใช่เรื่องของการก้มหัวเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่เป็นการยกหัวใจขึ้นเพื่อระลึกว่าเราไม่ได้มายืนอยู่ตรงนี้ด้วยตัวคนเดียว สิ่งนี้ช่วยให้เราไม่หลงลืมรากฐานของตัวเอง และพร้อมที่จะให้เกียรติผู้อื่นอย่างจริงใจ ในหลายครั้งความสูงของตำแหน่งหรือความสำเร็จอาจทำให้เราเห็นแต่จุดหมายข้างหน้า โดยลืมเห็นคุณค่าของคนที่เคยช่วยเหลือเรามาก่อน ผมเชื่อว่าถ้าเรายังรู้จักมองลงมาอย่างเข้าใจ และมีความกตัญญูใจที่ดี เราย่อมไม่เพียงแต่ยืนได้อย่างมั่นคง แต่ยังเป็นต้นไม้ที่ให้ร่มเงาและแรงสนับสนุนแก่ผู้ที่ก้าวตามมาเสมอ สุดท้ายนี้ ขอให้ทุกคนที่กำลังอ่านอยู่นึกถึง "รากที่มองไม่เห็น" — คือครูและผู้ที่คอยสนับสนุนเรา ให้เกียรติและสำนึกในคุณค่าที่พวกเขามอบให้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นคำสอน ความอดทน หรือความรักที่ไม่มีเงื่อนไข เพราะรากฐานที่แข็งแรงนั้น จะเป็นพลังสำคัญที่ทำให้เราอยู่ได้อย่างมั่นคงและยืนยาวในเส้นทางชีวิต
