Iced PB&J Latte
This one is for the pb&j & coffee lovers 💕
Which I am not apart of 😂 but the hubby and his family are so made this on request.
Ingredients (1 glass):
For the latte base:
1 shot espresso or ¼ cup strong coffee, chilled
¾ cup milk (oat or almond milk works well too)
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
Ice
For the jelly cold foam:
¼ cup cold milk or half & half (barista oat milk works great too)
1 tbsp berry jam or jelly
I put some jelly on bottom of glass and added ice . I then made the peanut butter milk layer
with a small blender I mixed peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and a splash of milk. Once it was smooth, i added the rest of the milk and shake/blend again.
Pour this over the ice. Add your coffee and slowly pour your chilled espresso or coffee.
For my jelly cold foam:
In a frother or blender, combine cold milk and jam. Froth until it’s thick and foamy (or blend for about 20–30 seconds until light and airy).
