She’s baaaack. After a long fridge time-out (where she had a lot to think about), Jane the sourdough starter has officially been revived. I brought her back to life so I could make my husband some bread… which technically means I now have another mouth to feed. 🫠

If you’re new here, Jane is the starter that sliced me open and earned me 6 stitches when I dropped her jar while trying to clean her. It was dramatic. We’re both still healing, emotionally and physically.

Anyway—she’s bubbly, she’s active, and she better behave this time. Because I don’t have another urgent care copay in me.
