I will never be too good for jarred garlic. But sometimes I want fresh garlic and it was molding so fast! Thank you to whoever suggested freezing my garlic 10/10 highly recommend!

Step 1: Use your Rotary cheese grater not your handheld one… I took off nearly every layer of skin on my index finger knuckle to make these…. It hurt. I didn’t cry, but I wanted to. I will make these again… but next time injuring myself will be strictly forbidden.
