Step 1: Use your Rotary cheese grater not your handheld one… I took off nearly every layer of skin on my index finger knuckle to make these…. It hurt. I didn’t cry, but I wanted to. I will make these again… but next time injuring myself will be strictly forbidden.

Something is in the air and cheater chicken quesadillas on the blackstone is all I could muster. They were actually really good and I enjoyed going to the grill with everything prepped and ready to go!

For those of you saying to throw this away and get a new one… COME ON MAN!! This took a total of 2 hours from fully rusted to back in business… and most of that time was waiting for the blackstone to heat with the oil on it. Sweating at the blackstone is about to begin!

I think this means summer is coming soon! Blackstone bullsh*t is now beginning and I KNOW I could have prevented this.
