Homemade Hamburger & Fries
I was craving a hamburger but without the seed oils so this easy healthy meal was the choice I made for dinner :
Hamburger:
-st. Pierre brioche buns added some Japanese mayo and added to the grill for a few seconds on each side
-Grass fed finished ground beef for the patty added some salt and pepper on a grill
-sliced some raw white onion
-Tomatoes
-Romaine lettuce
-provolone cheese
For condiments I added some organic ketchup, and Dijon mustard
Fries:
Cut up some Idaho fries sprinkled some salt and avocado oil , put them in the air fryer to cook.
