I don’t want to overshare myself on Instagram anymore because those close to make are so disappointing in reaction!
But goals I’ve accomplished this week:
I gained 151 subs on my YT Ramen channel and I had 130 last week so I gained 21!!!!! I’m really proud but people are soo negative like they swore they spawned the idea to me to do what I do when in reality everything I do is on my own volition! Like I’m a genius literally everything I start and do is genius! I take pride in it and this is the place where I don’t feel like I need to be ‘humble.’
I also signed up for the women’s 4 miler this year! I ran it last year!!!! So I’m excited I haven’t ran a race since I did my marathon in March…
I also have been making my own coffee and so far Vietnamese coffee is sooo goood and my go to fav!!!
I also decided to strength train to help with speed in running !
I’m really proud of myself but it’s hard bc I wanna share it with people but it always feels dragged into a them thing? Also I’m so sick of social media friends ugh I can’t…
People with social media personalities…like get a grip dude ugh…
... Read moreSharing personal accomplishments online can be challenging, especially when facing negativity from those closest to us. Over time, I’ve learned that focusing on my own progress and celebrating small wins genuinely boosts my motivation.
Gaining 21 new subscribers recently on my YouTube Ramen channel was a proud moment. It’s rewarding to see my independent creative efforts grow despite doubts or criticism. For anyone trying to build a channel or project, remember that originality and consistent effort are your greatest assets.
Training-wise, signing up again for the women's 4 miler feels exciting after completing a marathon earlier this year. Incorporating strength training into my routine has noticeably improved my running speed and endurance. Strength exercises not only reduce injury risk but also enhance performance in races.
A newfound favorite comfort during workouts and morning routines is making my own Vietnamese coffee. Its rich, bold flavor and velvety texture energize me and add a special touch to daily life. If you love coffee, trying this style at home can be delightful and surprisingly simple.
Balancing sharing achievements and managing social media dynamics is tricky. I’ve come to value authentic connections over social media personas and choose to share here as a space for encouragement and real conversation. Embracing pride in personal growth without needing external validation is empowering and keeps me going.
Ultimately, these experiences highlight the importance of self-belief, resilience, and enjoying the journey of progress, whether in creative projects, fitness goals, or simple pleasures like coffee.
