We’ve received many questions about the NCLEX® at Home option. As of now, there is no official launch date. The exam will not be released until NCSBN can ensure the highest level of exam integrity for every candidate.
The 2026 NCLEX® Test Plan will remain mostly the same — the percentage breakdown of content areas will remain the same. The official test plan will be released in December.
