[HOW TO] Kataifi for Dubai Chocolate
First of all, I’m not sure if this called Kataifi or Kanafa, Kunafe. I looked up and it’s said differently but I’ve seen people making this at home and I feel like wow I can make me some viral chocolate bc it looks too good! And I did turn this to a chocolate bar but with Matcha flavor instead of pistachio because I don’t know if I’d like pistachio, all I can say is wow!! It’s so good I loveeeeee it 💚

Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Corn starch 2 tbsp.
- Water 100 ml.
- Oil 1 tbsp.
Equipment:
- Empty bottle of water
- Pin/needle
- Lighter
Or just use piping bag

Instructions:
1. Empty a bottle of water, light up the lighter to warm the pin then poke a hole on the lid.
2. Sift apf and corn starch.
3. Add water and stir.
4. Add oil and stir.
5. Pour batter into a bottle of water or a piping bag.
6. Warm up pan low-med heat (on scale 1-9 use 3).
7. Squeeze bottle of batter on the pan in a thin line shape until cooked.

notes: I don’t use piping bag because the batter looks watery so it might be hard to control the line on the end and might be messy.
If the batter start to clogged up, clean the lid with water and try again.
The hole on the lid matters, I found that warming up pin and poke a hole make it better and the lid hole is less clogged, besides the needle is a little too small hole so make sure you get a big enough one to make a hole.
