Fear grabs me sometimes.
Not the Fear of the unknown.
The Fear of the pain.
That will be coming soon.
A heaviness in my chest
that gets worse with every breath.
How long this time,
I say to myself.
Am I going to have
this fast beating heart
feels like my chest
is about to beat apart.
