The internship with Cathay Pacific is a really good experience. It feels warm to work with your family until the last day to cry. Sorry to go home. (Hahahaha) This place is not only teaching theory, but really practical, talking to real passengers, meeting real situations, getting hit by real passengers. (Damn each other, hahaha) But it is very fun. Because we will learn how to use words and how to deal with different types of passengers. It is very suitable for the line that likes to talk to people.
Every staff keeps giving advice. If you have any questions, you can ask. Everyone has a firm knowledge and experience. We also study airline product knowledge throughout. There is a very full weekly summary.
Another favorite thing is a very full company activity. We practice at the beginning of the year, so we collect all of the Chinese New Year, Songkran Valentine and Earth Day. Sometimes there are heads from Bangkok, even more fun.
The surprise is that I can find almost 100% Chinese-speaking passengers anywhere. International. Anyone who speaks Chinese can be considered profitable because they actually use only about 5% Chinese, and the rest is English.
Overall, love here is very warm, fun and learn a lot. ❤️
