Rihn can't stand the idea of Ahrya being in dangerous enemy territory all by herself and disregards the Oracle’s warning as he quickly caught up to the less experienced princess just in time to watch her jump off a cliff 😭😅 Since Rihn’s connection with his Flintsoul is far stronger than Ahrya’s nearly nonexistent one with Scylla, he's just barely able to save her from smacking the ground below. Rihn had always remained adamant that he's beneath Ahrya, that her position should never be sacrificed for a man of his insignificant rank. But in this moment, the overwhelming fear of having almost lost her makes him discard his prior ideology.
