But the truth is...

The mall is not a shortcut.

But it's a "very competitive field."

And here's what you need to know before you decide.

Only on-off at the mall

Closing first / opening late / not opening shop

= There is an immediate fine. There is no flexibility.

🔴. The cost is heavier than it seems.

Rent + GP (% on sales) + Fire

+ The central value must be calculated carefully.

🔴 The regulations are strict.

Either a promotion, a store decoration, or even a menu change.

Must be subject to all mall standards.

🔴 Higher staff costs

Because the shift must be arranged to cover the opening and closing hours of the mall

This often exceeds 8 hours a day.

🔴 The client doesn't belong to us.

A lot of people walk by.
