My Version of Loaded Nachos

•1pd Ground Beef

•1 Can Rotel

•1/2 Onion Finely Chopped

•1 Tsp Garlic Power & Onion Powder

•Mushrooms (optional)

•1/2 Block Cream Cheese

•Block of Velveta Cheese

-Cook ground beef down and add seasonings once that is cooked add chopped onion & mushrooms after 5 mins add Rotel then put half a block cream cheese & the Velveta until melted… I also added lettuce & jalepenos.. Hope you Enjoy 😊
