Second Anniversary In Bali Indonesia 🇮🇩
Today we celebrate two years of marriage. It may just be “two years” to some people, but these two years have been the best years of my life. Every day is the best day with him in it. I am so grateful to do parenting together. But what I am really grateful for is our marriage outside of parenting. The way my husband continue to make me laugh even on my crabbiest of days. The way he still treat me as if I was that blushing bride. I’m grateful for him every single day. I want this forever and ever 😩💍
Beyond our beautiful anniversary celebration, Bali truly offered so much to explore, and I wanted to share a little more about what made our trip so special, especially since some of you might be planning your own romantic getaways! One of the spots that really captured my heart, and perfect for a memorable photo op, was the iconic 'I Love Bali' sign. You see pictures of it everywhere, and it’s even more charming in person! We stumbled upon one amidst lush greenery, and it was a sweet moment to capture our love against such a beautiful backdrop. If you're looking to snap your own picture, keep an eye out as these signs are popular in various tourist-friendly areas. It’s a simple landmark, but it perfectly encapsulates the feeling you get on the island – pure love for Bali! But Bali isn't just about famous signs; it's about the entire experience. For couples, I highly recommend finding one of those incredible jungle swings. The feeling of soaring over the vibrant green canopy, often adorned with beautiful flowers, was absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I took turns on a circular swing, laughing and just soaking in the incredible views. It felt like something out of a fairytale! Our accommodation also played a huge part in making our anniversary unforgettable. Waking up to canopy beds, swan-folded towels, and warm, inviting lighting truly set a romantic mood. We even enjoyed a few mirror selfies in our cozy room, which had stunning views of traditional red-tiled roofs. It's those little details that make a stay feel luxurious and special. And for something truly unique, we had the incredible opportunity to be near elephants! Seeing these magnificent creatures up close, respectfully and safely, was a humbling experience. It’s definitely an activity that adds another layer of wonder to your Bali adventure. Another highlight was exploring the beautiful Balinese architecture. We found ourselves captivated by ornate stone gates, with reflections shimmering in the water – it felt like stepping into another world. Every corner of Bali offers something new and enchanting. Overall, our trip was a blend of romantic moments, exciting discoveries, and pure relaxation. If you’re dreaming of an unforgettable anniversary or just a magical escape, Bali definitely delivers. From its famous landmarks to its hidden gems, it truly is an island of love and wonder!
