The last outfit might be my fav 🤭 A full week of outfits in Minneapolis! I was busy getting dressed 🤷🏽♀️
Outfit 1: travel outfit duh! Love to be comfy when I’m traveling but it doesn’t hurt to also be cute. I like to wear pieces I can still use when I’m traveling so you’ll see this too and sneakers reworn!
Outfit 2: yes I’m in a parking garage 😂 I wore this to an amazing restaurant for a dinner date with my mannnn. The silk pants are soooo cute and trendy for spring! I’m obsessed. Not pictured: a cute black kitten heel I paired this look with. This is a perfect dinner date look in my opinion. So chic!
Outfit 3: can never ever go wrong with a tshirt and jeans! My go to look! I wore this to visit a gluten free bakery with my boyfriend and it was delicious! I got a cinnamon roll and donut. SO GOOD!
Outfit 4: pictured in my hotel but I actually wore it to go shopping at mall of America. Yeah I’m not allowed to go there anymore I spent wayyyyy too much money on a new spring / summer wardrobe 😅 the silk shorts are so fricking cute tho! Love this silk trend happening! dressed it down with sneakers and a crewneck.
Outfit 5: spring is the perfect time for a long sleeve with shorts and I take full advantage!! I wore this to brunch (I got amazing gluten free pancakes - s’mores flavored!!! Like what?!) and then we walked down to this little pier. It was beautiful and a great start to the day.
Loved this trip & loved my outfits! Which is your fav look? 💞
... Read moreHaving a busy week means your wardrobe needs to be both stylish and functional, and from my personal experience, mixing comfort with trendiness makes all the difference. One thing I realized is that investing in versatile pieces like silk pants and shorts can elevate your look quickly while keeping you comfortable throughout the day. Silk fabrics for spring are lightweight yet sophisticated, perfect for transitioning from little errands to dinner plans seamlessly.
When traveling or on the move, I always prioritize comfort but never want to sacrifice looking put together. Rewearing sneakers with different outfits, as I did during this busy week in Minneapolis, proved to be a practical choice. Sneakers add a casual vibe and keep feet happy, especially while shopping or walking around spots like Mall of America.
Long sleeves paired with shorts is a combo I love for spring—it offers the right balance of warmth and coolness during unpredictable weather. Plus, pairing this with cute gluten-free brunch spots, like the ones I visited, adds a special touch to the day. It’s a reminder that outfit inspiration can often come from your surroundings; be it the cozy feel of a bakery or the refreshing walk by a pier.
Lastly, the key to managing a packed schedule is having go-to outfits that you can quickly dress up or down. A classic t-shirt and jeans never fails and is perfect for spontaneous plans, while a sleek pair of kitten heels can transform silk trousers into an elegant dinner look. Don't be afraid to mix casual and chic elements to create your personalized style for busy days!
