According to professional trainers, aiming for 3-4 cardio sessions per week for 30-45 minutes is ideal for fat loss and muscle toning. To establish an effective routine, first calculate your maximum heart rate using the formula: 220 - your age. This will help you determine the target heart rate zone for optimal results. Maintaining your heart rate at 70-85% of your maximum during workouts is crucial. It’s important to choose cardio exercises you enjoy, whether it’s running, cycling, or group fitness classes, to stay motivated. Incorporate a variety of cardio workouts to keep your routine exciting and challenging. Lastly, remember to listen to your body and allow for rest and recovery to prevent burnout or injuries. Happy cardio!
