It helps to calm irritation, reduce flakiness, and create a healthier environment for hair growth. My personal routine revolves around two key rosemary applications: a soothing scalp tea and a nourishing hair growth oil. First, let's talk about the rosemary scalp tea. This is my go-to for immediate relief. I prepare a strong brew using dried rosemary leaves – sometimes I even add a bit of clove or fenugreek for extra benefits, just like some of those "ROSEMARY/CLOVE" or "ROSEMARY/FENUGREEK" blends you see.
