I gave birth to my 3rd child (girl) 9/21 at 213pm and it’s only been 24hrs since labor. 🩷

It’s sad that my pregnancy journey has ended to be honest. It was filled with peace in a huge storm of my life. But I’m also so thankful for this blessing of motherhood. Seeing my baby that has been within me for 9mos is truly amazing. I do not take that for granted and the hardwork that I put in mentally and physically in fitness has helped me SO MUCH in pregnancy, labor now recovery. It’s NOT about a bounce back but training for life. A woman’s body is truly remarkable!
