Week 21💦😅Girl I just cannot get enough of ladder drills. I wanted to work more on footwork and nailing down the drills so eventually this will just be my warmup. Then moved on to rotational movements. The more I learn, the more I practice and the better I’ll get. These drills humble me every time.
