Normally I’m a bitch and don’t gaf, esp. around men in the gym. And normally I don’t film ppl in the gym. I have an attitude because in the past men would be inappropriate. So now I don’t play, but I was just in the gym minding my business and this man was the only one in the gym. And he would not stop doing what he was doing in the video, even without me filming.
Mind you, when I film I make it very discreet so it doesn’t even look like I’m filming. I have no tripod or lighting, just my phone up on the window seal or on my water jug with my phone dimmed very low so you can’t see my screen on. Idk wtf his problem was but the fact he kept walking back and forth for no reason but to be an ass is hilarious. Hes lucky I wasn’t even paying attention. I’ve noticed he acts like this in the gym with women in it as well.
So me leave women alone. That als involves the staring. MIND YOUR EFFING BUSINESS! Thank you
From my own experience navigating gym environments as a woman, encountering unwanted attention is unfortunately quite common. Many women often feel the need to be guarded or assertive to protect themselves. I’ve also learned to film discreetly—not to expose anyone unfairly but as a way to feel secure and have evidence if anything uncomfortable happens. Using a low screen brightness and propping the phone subtly can make filming almost invisible. It’s surprising how some men act, sometimes making a point to walk back and forth or stare, which adds to the unease. Sadly, this behavior isn’t isolated; it happens to many women, often under the guise of ‘just being around.’ The best advice I can share is to trust your instincts, set clear boundaries, and don’t hesitate to speak up or report if you feel harassed. Gym culture should promote respect, inclusivity, and safety—especially for women who deserve to focus on their fitness goals without distraction or discomfort. If you witness such behavior, standing up and supporting those affected can make a difference in creating a positive gym community. Remember, minding your own business and respecting others is fundamental to everyone’s well-being in shared spaces like gyms.
