Do what works for you because fitness will look different for everyone, esp. for us mamas!
If it means working out at home while kids are napping/up, home workouts, in your garage, at the gym, doing bodyweight movements, etc. Just move your body that feels good for you. Forget the BS of what others are doing and what people say you should do. Just move and you’ll find your groove and make this personal TO YOU. Just keep showing up. It will all work out on its own🫶🏽❤️🩹

As a mom myself, I’ve found that the key to staying consistent with fitness is flexibility and being kind to myself. It’s tempting to compare with influencers or gym trends, but honestly, fitness looks different for every mom. Some days I work out during my baby’s nap, using simple bodyweight moves in the living room, while other days, I get in a quick garage session that fits my schedule. What really helps is listening to my body and adjusting my routine when needed. I also recommend keeping workouts varied and fun — from yoga stretches to light cardio or strength training with household items, mixing it up keeps me motivated and prevents burnout. Don’t stress about intensity or duration; even 15 minutes of moving your body can boost your mood and energy. Remember, the goal is progress, not perfection. Celebrate small wins, and if you miss a day, you can always start fresh the next. Most importantly, focus on what feels good physically and mentally — that’s what truly sustains long-term fitness for us moms.
