I can’t respond the way I use to!

You can’t enter a new season acting like the old one didn’t teach you anything! Growth requires proof, not just quotes.

Let’s be honest, sometimes our biggest battle isn’t with other people, it’s with our own tongue. I told myself this next season, I’m showing up different. That means treating people differently, loving more, and giving grace before frustration kicks in. It means thinking before I speak, and when I do “clap back,” I do it with grace, not gossip.

Proverbs 21:23 reminds us, “Whoever keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps himself out of trouble.” And Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” Psalm 34:13 hits it even harder: “Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies.”

This next season is about maturity, not reaction. Wisdom over emotion. Peace over pettiness. Grace over grudges.
