In my own journey within women's ministry, I've witnessed firsthand how unresolved personal pain can unintentionally manifest as hurtful behaviors toward others. The phrase "Kingdom GIRLS Don't Compete. We Build Each Other." truly resonates because it captures the heart of what ministry should be—a place of encouragement and mutual support. The symposium's focus on recognizing that jealousy often learns church language and insecurity can hide behind discernment hits close to home. Many times, I found myself hesitant to address conflict or set boundaries because I was afraid of being misunderstood or labeled negatively. This event’s emphasis on accountability and deliverance reminds us that having spiritual gifts or titles doesn’t exempt us from self-examination and growth. Healing in ministry means more than just surface-level reconciliation; it involves confronting those wounds that cause us to wound others.
