Behind the ear was definitely painless. I couldn’t feel a thing and it sounded like a large airplane flying by! Back of the neck was almost painless. This was my first tattoo at 18 and felt like someone scratching your back. Collarbone still felt like someone scratching me. It wasn’t bad at all
