Jared is headed to ROM-Com, switching Genres!
Jared Padalecki is going to starring in a romantic comment that will be on Netflix! Filming is set to begin in December of this year (2025)! He will be co starring with Leighton Meester & the movie will be based on the novel “ The Bodyguard” by author Katherine Center!
Jared will be playing a movie star has been stalked. This leads his character into being assigned a bodyguard( Meester). It’s going to be holiday themed movie, his character returns home to his family ranch, which the bodyguard( meester character) has to pretend to be his girlfriend.
I’m sure like most Rom- Com there will be some sweet & funny moments, romance, twist & turns, and more than likely a happy ending. Well we can hope!
I’m exiting to see Jared in this type of movie. It’s hard to picture him in something like this. He has been a demon hunter & than a Texas ranger to me for so long. He did guest star on Fire Country, which was so different than I’m used to seeing him. I’m sure it’s going to be a good movie all around.
I’m not familiar with Leighton Meester, I hope these two have good chemistry in the movie & outside their characters get along. So far, this movie sounds great but I’m not familiar with the book it’s being based off.
There is not much know about the movie yet, it’s super early & filming not suppose to start til December. I’m not sure if Jared has any other projects currently but I am looking forward to this. Maybe will see him in some more Netflix movies in the Future.
