I made Blackened Jerk Salmon with a honey garlic butter jerk sauce with a mango salad (red and green bell peppers, jalapeños, avocados, cilantro, mangos, pineapples, and lemon juice). I also made it with shrimp and Spanish rice and paired one plate with a side of tomatoes and Creole seasoning. #

I cooked seared seasoned catfish with Jamaican escovitch peppers with greens, yams, shrimp, sausage, and Spanish rice. So Yummy!!!! #food #cooking #foodie #dinner
