The thrift Gods were looking down on me when I told Jessica that I have been wanting to find a butter bell while thrifting, and then walked into my favorite thrift shop and āaahhhhhā šš» there is was!!!
So naturally I had to try and make my own butter as well! š„“š¤£
I did have some trouble getting the butter to āfitā (for a lack of better word) when starting to fill the bell. When I was trying to push it and spread it, it just kept spinning around. š
Any tips or advice? I also feel like i maybe didnt let my butter go long enough in the mixer because it was very soft and squishy and I couldnt knead it.
Not terrible for a first time, I would definitely try again!
