🥪 Special Grilled Cheese Sandwich

• 3-oz. cream cheese • 3/4 t. garlic powder • 1/4 t. salt • 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise • 8 slices French bread (I used sourdough) • 8-oz. shredded Colby-Jack cheese • 2 T. butter, softened • Combine all ingredients except bread and butter • Blend until smooth • Spread mixture on 4 slice
