OMG this birria bomb made making this 10 times easier. I’d highly recommend checking it out as it saved me a lot of steps and time. I used 2.5 pounds of ground chuck roast and 4 cups of beef broth and the birria bomb. I later add onions and cilantro to my broth to make consomé for dipping my tacos.
