Saturday edition — no rush

DAY 6 of 100: Becoming a Runner

Saturday edition — no rush, just vibes, sneakers, and dry shampoo magic

I didn’t rush out of bed today—because Saturday.

Took my time, then hit a 25-minute run around 8:30am before the day kicked off.

We spent the afternoon at the Pop Your Top Jeep Convention (family fun + sunshine = yes please).

Later, I got in my last 20 minutes walking the park while my husband and son threw a football—honestly, that might’ve been my favorite part of the day.

Then came the real win:

A quick shower + a full blast of my HASK Tea Tree Oil Dry Shampoo because clean hair vibes without the effort? Always yes.

(IYKYK—the cooling tingle is everything.)

Topped off the day with a date night alongside my man and our favorite couple (aka built-in besties).

Running Update:

Not worrying about pace or perfection. Just sticking with it—even when life is full.

Day 6/100 done!

Starting the day without a rush can enhance your well-being and set a positive tone. Morning runs, like the one experienced at 8:30 am, not only serve as an excellent way to kickstart your day but also allow you to connect with nature and clear your mind. Participating in community events, such as the Pop Your Top Jeep Convention, emphasizes the joy of family bonding and outdoor activities under the sun. Post-activity, refreshing yourself with products like HASK Tea Tree Oil Dry Shampoo can add to your self-care routine, ensuring you feel great without too much effort. This emphasizes the beauty of embracing life's moments, from running and family outings to self-pampering. Being a runner is not just about pace or perfection but enjoying the journey, and some days are meant to be savored without the stress of a structured schedule. Remember, every little effort contributes to your running journey as you continue to challenge yourself over the next 100 days.
