Got my 20-minute run in before 6:30am! 🙌
No ankle pain today, so shoutout to that massage roller stick—she’s officially part of the routine now.
The run felt so good, I actually wished I had more time before work. Tomorrow, I’m setting that alarm earlier to really enjoy it. 🕊️
Wrapped the day with a 30-minute yoga flow.
Weights will come later… but honestly, this routine is hitting just right.
