I Used 8lbs of pork roast instead of chuck roast. Did two birria bombs and 8ozs of beef broth on low in the crockpot for 8 hours. Shredded. Added back to the broth with cilantro & one white onion chopped. Then fry your tacos with the roast & cheese!
