On a calorie deficit !!
I really try to eat a BIG breakfast because I want it to hold me over for a late lunch. I eat a lot at breakfast but it is well rounded in all food groups. For lunch I eat late so I grab something quick that will hold me over til dinner. This is usually my least healthy or well rounded meal whe
