From Recovery to Radiance: My Healing Journey ✨

After I had my son, I was in the heaviest body I’d ever known—but I didn’t hate myself. I loved myself there. And that love is what helped me heal.

I slowly began to nourish my body, mind & soul with organic foods, meditation, grief work, frequency music, yoga, rest, and truth. I let go of what no longer felt aligned. I chose myself.

In this new episode of Align with Ashley (out Sunday at 8am CST), I’m sharing how I lost 50 lbs, left an unhealthy relationship, launched Bloom, and finally feel like the most radiant, grounded version of myself.
