Shift 2/3 has come to an end and I thought I’d bring y’all with me on a typical morning with me after work 🫶🏼 I usually get off about 7:20, head to the gym, workout, head home, unpack my lunchbox, heat up a protein breakfast sandwich, shower, do my body and skin care, eat and then head to sleep

Tonight is my first night back of three this week after being off for the longest stretch I’ve had in a year, besides the vacation I’m leaving for Saturday. I typically work 6 nights in a row between two jobs, but decided to cut back this month to recover. This is everything I did this morning
