As Mother's Day approaches, my heart always swells with a mix of gratitude and reflection. Like many parents I know, I've had moments where life felt like it was on 'autopilot,' just going through the motions, driven by routines like getting the kids 'ready for school' and working a job, sometimes one I 'f**** hate,' for 'nine hours.'
