Boulder shoulder workout! Under 45 minutes
If you want boulder shoulders then you found the perfect workout! This can be done in under 45 minutes so quick but effective. Rep ranges are just recommended, if you aren’t challenging yourself with weight then add a few more reps and slow down your tempo. Progressive overload is the best way
