To perform the Romanian Deadlift, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a pair of dumbbells or a barbell in front of your thighs. Keeping your back straight, hinge at the hips to lower the weights down, ensuring you feel a stretch in your hamstrings. As you rise back up, focus on squeezing your glutes at the top of the movement. Incorporating this exercise into your routine can help build strength and muscle in the glute area. In addition to RDLs, consider mixing in variations such as single-leg RDLs or sumo deadlifts to further challenge your glutes.
