One of the highlights for me was getting the coveted Pomni collectible, which I consider to be the best in my collection so far. Pomni is a popular character in the NFT gaming community, and having one in hand really adds to the excitement. Besides the collector's haul, I especially loved the Alice in Wonderland-themed dinner. It was impressive to see so many attendees, including myself and my sister, dressed to match the whimsical theme. Eating an amazing hot dog while surrounded by Knights of Guinevere plush and other fantasy elements brought the event to life. It truly felt like stepping into a storybook. I also enjoyed meeting others who shared my enthusiasm for digital collectibles and gaming pins, like the Frankie pin which I found intriguing. The social aspect of the event, trading mystery boxes and connecting with fellow fans of characters like Caine and Gangle, added a personal touch to the day. One fun part was reacting to various series and characters together, sharing hopes to get rare unicorn or noir versions of Pomni. The lively discussions and playful banter created a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Overall, Glitch NYC not only gave me a chance to expand my collection but also allowed me to forge new friendships and immerse myself in a world where digital and real-life fandom blend perfectly.
