Growing up, besides the workload, the obligation to be responsible, the equally important thing is to take responsibility for your own state of mind, often losing your mental health in exchange for expensive treatment (maybe worth it), haha. Josh, no one wants to go to the doctor for traumatic mental reasons that need treatment, but with so many nervous environments often, we will definitely be nervous every day. 🥲
