Today, let's share the experience, try the challenge. Wake up at 5 am. People (used to) like to sleep late.

💡 it started with us wanting to sleep faster before 5: 00 p.m. during the semester, because before we slept very late every night and got up early in the morning every day, so we had very little time to rest, the brain was blurred, the weight was up, the body was gone. 😵‍💫

So I thought I'd try to do a 5: 00 in the morning challenge, plus I'd like to find more time to read, which is a good time to focus on in the morning. 📚

💤 sleep time, so we try to sleep as fast as we can. Try to go to bed before 10: 00. Even if there are some days that fall into the wind, almost sleep late as before 🥹, but it's just the first time. Once we get used to the body, we can adjust to the time. We will get used to the time of waking up and sleeping that happens repeatedly. Just have discipline. 💪🏻

💗 to this day, it has been done for 2 weeks, feel that many results have actually improved, the whole body, the mind has been healed, have more time to do things, be with yourself, go out to get vitamin d every morning, live a slow life, go out to talk to birds, dogs, fish, cats is secretly hahahaha

✨ overall is good, the mind is fluffy, the body is fresh, the brain is not nutty, but seriously, there is still some numbness, maybe it will take a little more time to adjust. 👉🏻👈🏻

Finally, I would like to encourage everyone to try a lot, especially teenagers like us who still have time, because the older it is very rare to have a good sleep like this age. 🥺
