1️⃣ the creditor shall prepare proof of a copy of the judgment or court order and a certificate of the case to the end (in accordance with the Land Department Regulation on Examination of Land Registration Evidence (No. 2), Article 27, so that the creditor shall be entitled to the Civil Service Information Act, Section 24 (8), where the title of the land can be examined.

You must complete a land ownership request (request at PR) with a document under Article 1 and notify the staff which branch you want to check. (Currently, ownership can be checked online anywhere).
