1 lb ground beef
Seasonings for beef: salt,pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and to make it a little extra a dash of liquid smoke I used mesquite flavored
Brown beef and set aside
Cook down peppers and onions in butter until tender
Layer a baking sheet with hamburger buns , cheese (I used provolone slices), the cooked beef , peppers and onions and another layer of cheese , top of the buns, I added garlic herb butter on top then toasted them and melted the cheese uncovered in the oven at 350 for about 10mins
For not having steak to make true cheesesteaks this turned out pretty good with the ground beef definitely going to be a repeat dinner in my home
