How you blow dry matters as much as whether you do. My pre blow dry routine is non negotiable. In the shower, conditioner or a hair mask focused on the ends. Out of the shower: leave in, then a serum or oil with silicones (silicones are not the enemy, they’re literally heat protection), then a heat
