✨ Half Year 2026 Review | 6 Months That Are Both Tired, Disappointed, Happy And Made Us Grow Up Than Ever 🤍
Just a moment, it's been half a year...
When scrolling through the pictures on the phone, each picture takes us back to each moment until we realize that the first half of 2026 has a lot more stories than we thought.
Some days are happy until wanting to stop time there.
Some days are tired until I don't know who to tell.
Some days feel why many stories come together.
But in the end... we got through it.
🌱. Early in the year.
The beginning of the year was a very targeted period.
Tell yourself to take better care of your health.
Will spend more money.
Will go out and live more.
To dare to try something new.
Not everything was done, but it really started.
Because sometimes "starting" is harder than doing it.

This half year is a phase that has started with something new.
From inexperienced people to learning everything again.
Have a wrong day
Have a day to be solved
Have a day, go home and think all night, "Are we doing well enough today?"
But every time you get through it, you feel a little better.
Makes you know... No one is good from the first day.
Everyone was a rookie before.

This year is also another lesson that has made us grow up.

Add vegetables.
Drink more water.

Even if the results don't change in one day,
But we feel really stronger ourselves.

Even though there are a lot of stress
But there are still moments that make you smile.
Have hung out.
Have eaten delicious
Meet people who make you laugh
Have stored memories on the phone
When you look at the pictures again, you know that happiness doesn't have to be a big deal.
Sometimes it's just ordinary days where we get to live our lives to the fullest.

Half this year, there are many things that upset us.
There are times when thinking about why it must be us.
There are times when it feels tired.
There are times when you want to stop everything.
But as time passes...
To know that every problem that comes in doesn't come in to destroy us.
But it came in to teach us
Teach you to be stronger.
Teach you to think more carefully.
Teach to value the people on our side.
And teach to love yourself more than before

• Can make mistakes, but must learn
• Health is more important than you think
• Money is important, but comfort is also important.
• Those who are with us on difficult days are those who should be kept.
• Don't compare your life to anyone, because each person has a different rhythm.

เมื่ออ่านรีวิวครึ่งปีนี้แล้ว ทำให้ฉันนึกถึงช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมาของตัวเองในปีนี้เหมือนกัน ครึ่งปีที่ผ่านมาเหมือนเดินทางในเส้นทางที่ไม่ง่ายเลย มีทั้งวันที่รู้สึกท้อแท้และเหนื่อยจนไม่อยากข้ามวันไป แต่ก็มีวันที่เติมเต็มด้วยความสุขเล็กๆ จากการได้ใช้เวลาอย่างมีคุณค่า เช่น การได้พบปะเพื่อนฝูง การได้สัมผัสธรรมชาติ หรือแม้แต่การได้เห็นพัฒนาการเล็กๆ ของตัวเองในเรื่องของสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการใช้ชีวิต เริ่มดูแลสุขภาพอย่างค่อยเป็นค่อยไปเหมือนในบทความที่กล่าวถึง การเลือกกินอาหารที่ดี เช่น เพิ่มผักผลไม้และโปรตีน รับน้ำมากขึ้นและไม่อดอาหาร แต่ปรับเปลี่ยนทีละนิด ทำให้สุขภาพแข็งแรงขึ้นจริงๆ นอกจากนี้เรื่องงานที่เริ่มต้นจากศูนย์ การเจอความผิดพลาดเป็นเรื่องปกติ แต่สิ่งสำคัญคือการมีความอดทนและไม่ยอมแพ้ เพราะทุกครั้งที่ผ่านเรื่องลำบากก็เหมือนเพิ่มประสบการณ์ สอนให้เราเข้มแข็งและมั่นใจในตัวเองมากยิ่งขึ้น เรื่องเงินก็เป็นบทเรียนล้ำค่า การรู้จักวางแผนรอบคอบก่อนใช้จ่ายทำให้รู้ว่าการรักษาสภาพคล่องนั้นสำคัญไม่แพ้การหาเงิน บางครั้งปัญหาทางการเงินนำมาสู่ความเครียด แต่ก็ช่วยให้มองเห็นคุณค่าของการใช้จ่ายอย่างมีสติและประหยัดมากกว่าเดิม ใจความสำคัญอีกอย่างที่รู้สึกได้ลึกซึ้ง คือเรื่องของความสุขที่ไม่ได้จำเป็นต้องเป็นเรื่องใหญ่โต บางครั้งแค่วันธรรมดาที่ได้ใช้ชีวิตอย่างเต็มที่ ก็เพียงพอที่จะเติมเต็มหัวใจให้ยิ้มได้ ข้อคิดในบทความที่ว่า "ไม่มีใครใช้ชีวิตได้สมบูรณ์แบบ และอย่าเอาชีวิตตนเองไปเปรียบเทียบกับคนอื่น" จึงเป็นเครื่องเตือนใจที่ดีว่าทุกคนมีจังหวะชีวิตของตนเองแตกต่างกัน สุดท้ายนี้ การให้กำลังใจตัวเอง ยอมรับความผิดพลาด และพร้อมที่จะลุกขึ้นใหม่ในทุกๆ วัน เป็นจุดเปลี่ยนที่ทำให้ครึ่งปีหลังของเรามีโอกาสเติบโตและมีความสุขมากขึ้น ขอเป็นกำลังใจให้ทุกคนที่กำลังเผชิญกับช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบาก จงเชื่อว่าฝนจะหยุดตก และความสุขจะกลับมาในไม่ช้า
