The key is to remember that facial skin is much more delicate than the skin on our bodies. So, when I use this brown sugar scrub on my face, I make sure to be incredibly gentle. Instead of vigorous scrubbing, I use light, circular motions, almost like a massage, especially around my T-zone where I tend to get a bit more congestion. I always avoid the sensitive eye area – that’s a big no-no! What I love about using this particular recipe as a homemade exfoliator for face is the natural goodness of its ingredients.
