This isn't just any marinade; it's designed to infuse those lamb chop loins with incredible sticky BBQ flavor and ensure they stay moist. For the best lamb chop marinade, I combine a few key ingredients: about 1/4 cup of soy sauce (for umami and saltiness), 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (for that sticky sweetness), 2 cloves of minced garlic, a teaspoon of grated fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (to tenderize), and a dash of smoked paprika for depth.
